Our staffing team members work closely with both the clients and clinical staff to make a successful match between the two. The employees are experienced and are committed to client satisfaction.

Barr Private Care insists that all employees meet high standards. Employees are bonded, screened, oriented and required to have an annual tuberculin test. Criminal background checks and Nurse Aide/ Home Health Aide Certificates are verified with the state. Staff are encouraged to attend the monthly inservice sponsored by Barr Private Care. Fifty percent of the clinical staff have been with the agency two years or greater.
